
Drafting & Engineering Technology II is offered to those students who have successfully completed Drafting & Design Technology I and hold an interest in perusing post-secondary education in engineering or architectural design or are interested in following a career path as a CAD designer.
Building on basic 2D CAD and drafting knowledge and skills, Drafting & Design Technology II offers students the opportunity to learn and develop advanced 2D and 3D CAD skills as applied to various engineering disciplines including Mechanical, Structural Architectural and Civil design utilizing state-of-the-art programs and methodology thru practical application.
Additionally, the Drafting & Design Technology II provides students the opportunity to explore fundamentals of engineering & design, application as well as career and educational paths.

Provide knowledge and skill sets including:
Advanced 3D CAD and modeling skills using cutting industry leading technology and software such as AutoCAD Inventor, AutoCAD Revit Architecture and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
