Apple Cider from the MSAD #1 Educational Farm
Agricultural Chemistry students recently spent a week at the school farm cider mill participating in all aspects of the apple cider production process. Students pressed and bottled cider. Their production total for the week was 23,760 ounces; 1720 of which were 8 oz. bottles with the rest being a combination of pints, quarts, half-gallons and gallons.
